Returns Policy

We will always give you a quick call during our office hours and send you a text message after your order which we kindly ask you to respond to, the reason is so we can confirm your order details are correct such as;

The size you ordered, the frame etc.

The reason we we need to confirm these details is to make sure your order is perfect, sometimes when purchasing online or using a mobile for example, you can select a wrong option by accident.

By double checking all the details of your order with you we can make sure everything is 100% as you requested.

We do accept returns and we can arrange for a courier to collect the item from you (you have to pay return shipping fee).

If your item arrives damaged please contact us right away and we will collect it for free and resend you a new one. 

We use a special courier and packaging designed exclusively for museum grade artwork so we have never had an item damaged in transit up to now.

We do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your order, this includes using state of the art bamboo paper and printing techniques to create splended colours on our prints. UV glass on our framed options, we literally spare no expense in exceeding your expectations because we understand how important this purchase is to you.
